2. Core Product Advantages

Balanced rigidity and toughness for long service life

Standard butene copolymer molecular structure achieves ideal balance of rigidity and toughness. Molded films deliver excellent tear and puncture resistance, greatly reducing cold brittle cracking risk under subzero environments and cutting packaging breakage rates, suitable for heavy-duty packaging and cold indoor working scenarios.

No built-in slip/anti-block additives, improved secondary processing adaptability

With no slip or anti-block additives pre-blended at factory source, this resin minimizes additive blooming and surface precipitation on finished films, which helps boost base surface adhesion. Routine corona treatment is still mandatory to reach qualified surface tension for stable printing and lamination bonding strength, perfectly matching all mainstream film post-processing workflows.

Stable bubble forming performance, compatible with full-speed blown film lines

Narrow molecular weight distribution and balanced melt strength maintain steady bubble shape during uninterrupted high-speed extrusion blowing, minimizes bubble fluctuation and thickness offset. Compatible with both low-speed and fully automatic high-speed blown film machines, it stabilizes continuous production, lowers reject rates and lifts overall production output.

Compliant safety performance and wide application range

The resin is low-odor with no extra harmful additives. It meets standard food contact requirements. It has good chemical resistance and aging resistance, keeping stable performance for long-term indoor and outdoor use.

3. Main Application Fields

Food Packaging Films: Common food bags, snack outer packaging films, fresh-keeping films and multi-layer composite packaging films.

Industrial Packaging Films: Heavy-duty packaging bags, equipment inner lining films, household garbage bags and general industrial stretch films.

Agricultural Films: Greenhouse covering films, farmland mulch films and silage wrapping films with high tear resistance and long outdoor service life.

Other Applications: Daily commodity packaging films, multi-layer co-extruded functional films, and base resin for plastic blending modification.

4. Processing & Storage Guidelines

Processing Parameters

Barrel Temperature: 180–220℃

Die Temperature: 190–210℃

Blow-up Ratio: 2.0–3.2, adjust properly according to actual production demands.

Drying Requirement: Normally stored pellets need no drying. Dry damp pellets at 60–70°C for 1 hour, and cool to room temperature before feeding.

Storage Requirements

Store pellets in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses. Keep away from open fire, rainwater, direct sunlight and odorous goods to avoid moisture absorption and odor pollution. Do not stack pallets higher than 5 layers. The shelf life is 2 years under standard storage conditions.

5. Quality Assurance & Supply Service

We provide 100% original virgin SIBUR resin. Official batch COA is supplied for full data inspection. We keep sufficient spot goods all year round. We support free sample testing, small trial orders and full-container bulk shipments. We also provide professional technical support to meet different production and procurement demands from customers.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Will film opening performance get worse without slip agent?

A: It will not affect normal film opening. This resin has excellent film forming performance. Customers can use conventional opening agents or mechanical opening methods to get ideal opening effect. Besides, zero slip agent migration guarantees stable printing and lamination quality.

Q2: Can this resin be blended with LDPE? What is the recommended blending ratio?

A: It has good compatibility with regular LDPE. The recommended blending ratio is Sibur 20211NP : LDPE = 7 : 3 or 8 : 2. This ratio balances melt fluidity and film mechanical properties for most film production lines.

Q3: Can this resin be used for direct food contact packaging?

A: Yes. It complies with standard food contact regulations for direct food contact films. Users shall check local regional laws according to end products to ensure full compliance.

Q4: Can this material improve easy-tearing defects of finished films?

A: Yes. It has outstanding tear resistance, with high transverse and longitudinal tear strength. It also has excellent puncture resistance and impact resistance. It is perfect for heavy-duty films that are easy to tear during use.

Q5: What defects will appear if processing damp pellets directly?

A: Damp pellets will cause bubbles and water marks on finished film surface. It is suggested to dry damp pellets at 60–70°C for 1 hour and cool down before formal production.
