Hengli GC7260 is a common HDPE material for injection molding. It is made by Hengli Petrochemical. This homopolymer grade has good melt flow and strong hardness. 4. Injection Processing Guidelines

Recommended Process Parameters

Barrel temperature: 180–220 °C. Raise the temperature step by step from material inlet to nozzle.

Mold temperature: 30–60 °C. Low temperature stops bending; high temperature makes product surface smoother.

Injection pressure: 80–120 MPa

Drying: You do not need to dry it under normal storage. If pellets get wet, dry them at 60–70 °C for 1 hour.

Blending: You can mix it with LDPE, LLDPE or PP. The mix makes products tougher and cuts production cost.
