A density of 0.948 g/cm³ and a tensile yield strength of at least 20.0 MPa add firmness to soft LLDPE, so wrapped loads keep their shape.
Extra stiffness can support lighter gauges, but confirm this with a trial on your own line.
Clean Film from Tight Fisheye and Grain Limits
Fisheye counts are held to 8 g/1520 cm² or less at 0.8 mm and 20 g/1520 cm² or less at 0.4 mm. Fewer gels mean fewer weak spots in thin wrap.

1. How much Daqing 6097 can go into an LLDPE stretch wrap blend?
Start with a low share and raise it in small steps. After each step check cling, stretch ratio and puncture behaviour. The right amount depends on your LLDPE, film structure and target gauge, so let trial rolls decide, not a fixed rule.
2. Which layer should Daqing 6097 go in on a three-layer line?
Use it in the core or in the non-cling outer layer. Keep the cling layer rich in LLDPE or metallocene LLDPE, because HDPE reduces tack and the film will not hold to itself on the load.
3. Can pallet wrap made with HDPE and LLDPE be recycled?
Both are polyethylene, so a blend of the two is easier to recycle than mixed plastics. It still needs to be clean. Remove tape, labels and heavy dirt, and drop the film in a collection stream that accepts PE film.
4. How do we avoid gels and uneven thickness when mixing Daqing 6097 with LLDPE?
The two resins differ a lot in melt thickness, so mixing is the main risk. Dose with a gravimetric blender, keep both resins dry and clean, and use a screw with a good mixing section. Watch the gauge across the web, and change the screen pack on schedule.
