Core Product Advantages
High MFR & Stable Processing Performance for High-speed Spinning
This grade carries a 38 melt flow rate and narrow molecular distribution, offering a wide adjustable processing range. It delivers smooth high-speed spinning with fewer broken filaments and uniform fiber diameter, lifting overall production efficiency and finished product yield.
Low Ash & Low Odor, Safe for Sanitary Contact Scenarios
Strict control over ash and gel content results in ultra-low odor and zero small molecule migration. Nonwovens made from this resin feel gentle on skin without irritation, perfectly matching the production requirements of medical, baby and feminine hygiene goods.
Excellent Thermal Stability for Round-the-clock Continuous Production
Powerful thermal and oxidation resistance prevents material yellowing and melt degradation under 220–250°C processing temperatures. Fibers maintain stable tensile strength throughout operation, supporting 24-hour non-stop spinning.
Balanced Toughness & Breathability
Nonwoven fabrics formed by this resin combine high tensile strength and good flexibility. Lightweight finished fabrics resist tearing while maintaining qualified air permeability, striking a good balance between protective performance and wearing comfort for all disposable hygiene and protective products.
Main Application Fields
Medical Protective Nonwovens: Inner and outer layers of disposable masks, protective clothing, isolation gowns, medical capsDaily Hygiene Nonwovens: Surface sheets for baby diapers, sanitary napkins, wet wipes and facial cleansing clothsIndustrial Nonwoven Materials: Nonwoven lining fabrics, dust-proof cloths, disposable protective backing sheets
Processing & Storage Guidelines
Spunbond Nonwoven Production
Barrel Temperature: 220–245°C
Die Temperature: 230–250°C
Hot air drafting temperature: 240–260°C
Fabric grammage: 10–60 g/㎡
Storage Requirements
Store pellets in cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouses. Keep away from open flames, rainwater, direct sunlight and odorous goods to avoid moisture absorption and odor cross-contamination. Do not stack pallets higher than 5 layers. The shelf life is 2 years under standard storage conditions.

All supplied materials are 100% authentic virgin Dalian Petrochemical H39S-2 PP. Each batch is attached with original COA and sanitary compliance certificates. We maintain sufficient domestic spot inventory all year round, supporting free sample testing, small trial orders and full-truck / full-container bulk shipments. Our technical team provides professional spunbond machine debugging support, solving common production defects such as frequent filament breakage, uneven fiber thickness and insufficient tensile strength to meet diverse procurement and production demands of nonwoven manufacturers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: What edges does H39S-2 have over ordinary drawing PP and low-MFR fiber grades?A: It is customized exclusively for spunbond processes, featuring 45 high MFR, narrow molecular distribution, low ash and low gel content. It runs steadily at high spinning speeds with faint odor, making it more suitable for medical hygiene products. Conventional drawing PP often suffers frequent filament breakage and weak tensile strength of finished fabrics.
Q2: Can this grade be used to produce medical masks and infant hygiene products that touch skin directly?A: This low-ash, low-odor homopolymer resin meets domestic sanitary contact standards. Batch compliance certificates can be provided for manufacturing mask outer layers and diaper surface nonwovens.
Q3: How to tackle frequent filament breakage and inconsistent fiber thickness during production?A: Appropriately raise barrel and die temperatures and lower hot drafting wind speed. Check whether pellets are damp; fully dry wet materials to reduce gel blockage on spinnerets.
Q4: Can it be blended with other fiber PP grades? What mixing ratio is recommended?A: Pure H39S-2 achieves the most stable spinning performance. For cost optimization, mix with 20%–30% low-MFR homopolymer PP to balance melt fluidity and mechanical properties.
Q5: What delivery cycle and technical after-sales services can you offer?A: Direct supply from Dalian Petrochemical guarantees stable spot stock without stockout risks. We offer professional parameter guidance and targeted solutions for typical defects including filament breakage and poor tensile strength, with full follow-up technical support throughout production.
