Processing Parameters
Barrel Temperature: 160–210°C
Die Temperature: 170–200°C
Blow-up Ratio: 2.0–3.0, adjust properly based on actual production conditions.
Drying requirement: Normally stored pellets need no drying treatment. Dry damp pellets at 60–70°C for 1 hour and cool to room temperature before feeding.
Storage Requirements
Store pellets in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses. Keep away from open fire, rainwater, direct sunlight and odorous goods to avoid moisture absorption and odor contamination. Do not stack pallets higher than 5 layers. The shelf life is 2 years under standard storage conditions.
