Product Overview

Yanchang 7260 is a domestic injection molding grade HDPE produced by Yanchang Petroleum Yan'an Energy & Chemical Company. It is manufactured via advanced ACP low-pressure slurry process.This resin features high rigidity, good melt fluidity and balanced impact resistance at both room temperature and low temperature. Finished injection parts have smooth high-gloss surface and meet food contact safety standards.

4. Processing & Storage Guidelines

Processing Parameters

Barrel Temperature: 190–230°C

Mold Temperature: 40–60°C

Injection Pressure: 60–110 MPa

Drying Requirement: Normally stored pellets need no drying treatment. Dry damp pellets at 60–70°C for 1 hour and cool to room temperature before feeding.

Storage Requirements

Store resin pellets in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses. Keep away from open fire, rainwater, direct sunlight and odorous goods to prevent moisture absorption and odor cross-contamination. Do not stack pallets higher than 5 layers. The shelf life is 2 years under standard storage conditions.
