Product Overview

Shenhua 2426H is a general blown film grade LDPE resin. It is produced by Shenhua Yulin Chemical under China Energy Investment Corporation.

This resin has even melt flow, good optical performance and strong low-temperature toughness. It also owns stable chemical property and meets food contact requirements.

It runs stably on all common blown film machines and reduces defective film products effectively. It is widely used for food packaging films, daily packaging bags, agricultural films and industrial composite films. It is a preferred raw material for frozen packaging films and heat-seal films.

4. Blown Film Processing Guidelines

Recommended Process Parameters

Barrel temperature: 160–190°C. Increase temperature gradually from feed inlet to die head.

Die head temperature: 180–200°C. Adjust temperature slightly based on actual film thickness.

Blow-up Ratio: 2.5–3.5

Drying requirement: No drying is required for normally stored pellets. Dry damp pellets at 60–70°C for 1 hour.

Blending suggestion: It can be blended with LDPE and LLDPE materials. Blending helps improve film toughness and processing performance, and control production costs reasonably.
