Processing Parameters

Barrel Temperature: 160–190°C

Important Reminder: This linear LLDPE has a relatively high melting point. Tune heating temperatures based on your actual machine setup to avoid thermal degradation from overheating.Die Temperature: 180–200°C

Blow-up Ratio (BUR): 2.0–3.2, adjust to match your production targets

Frost Line Height: 5–7 times the die diameter

Drying Guidance: Pellets stored under normal conditions require no drying. If raw materials absorb moisture, bake them at 60–70°C for 1 hour and cool fully to room temperature before feeding into the extruder.

Storage Requirements

Store pellets inside cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouses. Keep material away from open flames, rain, direct sunlight and strong-smelling goods to stop moisture absorption and odor transfer. Do not stack pallets higher than 5 layers. Under standard storage conditions, the shelf life is 2 years.
