Iran 62N07 Blown Film Grade LDPE | General High-Clarity Imported Packaging Film Raw Material

Product Overview

Iran 62N07 is blown-film-grade LDPE produced by Arya Sasol Petrochemical via licensed tubular high-pressure polymerization. Slip agent, anti-block agent and antioxidant are fully premixed at factory source. It delivers balanced melt strength to maintain stable film bubbles and wide processing latitude during continuous high-speed film blowing.

Finished films are soft and ultra-high transparent, with outstanding tear resistance and reliable low-temperature toughness, plus mild anti-aging performance. The resin complies with EU food contact regulations and fits mass production of laundry bags and textile packaging films. Supported by steady long-term Middle East import supply chain and competitive cost performance, it is a cost-effective universal raw material for transparent flexible packaging manufacturing.

2. Core Product Advantages

Pre-added functional additives for smooth film opening

Complete slip, anti-block and antioxidant additives are premixed in factory, so no extra additive addition is required during film processing. Thanks to low additive migration, the finished film keeps a clean surface, and maintains stable bonding effect for printing and lamination. It simplifies daily production workflow and effectively avoids surface blooming issues.

Stable melt strength adapting to high-speed ultra-thin film lines

Equipped with balanced melt flow and uniform long-chain branched structure, the resin keeps stable film bubble and even film thickness during production, reducing bubble breakage rate. It works compatibly with both conventional and high-speed blown film machines for steady production of 12–50 μm ultra-thin films. Its good impact toughness helps raise finished product yield.

High transparency plus reliable low-temperature and UV resistance

Films made from this grade feature high gloss and high clarity with few crystal points. The material maintains stable toughness without brittle cracking under low temperature environments. Built-in anti-aging stabilizers slow yellowing for indoor storage; long-term outdoor exposure requires additional UV masterbatch blending to resist aging.

Stable imported supply and good material compatibility

As a mature film-grade LDPE from Arya Sasol Petrochemical, it enjoys steady Middle East supply chain. The resin is low-odor and meets food contact requirements, with good resistance against acid and alkali corrosion. It can be blended with LLDPE freely to adjust film rigidity and toughness for diversified packaging demands.

3. Main Application Fields

Food Packaging Films: Fresh food packaging bags, transparent snack outer films, small heat-sealed packaging bags

Textile & Laundry Films: Clear laundry bags, garment packaging films, home textile laminating films

Daily-use Packaging Films: Plastic zipper bags, lightweight shopping bags, outer packaging films for daily chemical products

Other Applications: Base material for high-end thin-wall films; suitable for blending modification with LLDPE

4. Processing & Storage Guidelines

Processing Parameters

Barrel Temperature: 145–160°C

Reminder: This LDPE supports a low-temperature extrusion window to reduce power consumption. Fine-tune zone temperatures according to actual machine conditions to avoid thermal degradation from overheating.

Die Temperature: 170–190°C

Blow-up Ratio (BUR): 2.0–3.0, adjustable based on actual production needs

Frost Line Height: 5–7 times of die diameter

Drying Requirement: No drying is needed for normally stored pellets. For damp raw materials, dry at 60–70°C for 1 hour and cool to room temperature before feeding.

Storage Requirements

Store resin pellets in cool, dry and ventilated warehouses. Keep away from open fire, rainwater, direct sunlight and odorous goods to prevent moisture absorption and odor contamination. Do not stack pallets over 5 layers high. The shelf life is 2 years under standard storage conditions.

6. Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What advantages does Iran 62N07 have compared with common LDPE?

A: It adopts low-temperature processing technology to save production energy and avoid material degradation. Low additive precipitation prevents roller sticking and film blooming, perfectly fitting long-term continuous mass production.

Q2: What is the minimum producible film thickness? Is film thickness uniform?

A: It can stably produce 12–50 μm thin films. Stable melt strength minimizes bubble fluctuation and thickness deviation, effectively lowering production defective rate.

Q3: How is its performance for post-printing and lamination?

A: The film surface keeps clean due to low additive migration, ensuring stable printing and lamination effect. Extra corona treatment is not required, with excellent secondary processing adaptability.

Q4: What is the recommended blending ratio with LLDPE?

A: The recommended blending ratio is 10%–30%. Proper blending can improve melt fluidity, stabilize film bubbles and balance overall film mechanical properties.

Q5: Is the supply stable? Can you support urgent orders?

A: We have stable long-term spot supply without stockout risk. We support sample orders, urgent delivery and one-stop technical after-sales service.
