ExxonMobil 1002BU | High Clarity & High Toughness LLDPE for Food Packaging & Frozen Film
ExxonMobil 1002BU is a stable blown-film LLDPE made at ExxonMobil Singapore via butene copolymer gas-phase process. It has uniform molecular structure for steady production, with density 0.918 g/cm³ and fixed MFR 2.0 g/10min (190°C/2.16kg). It is soft like LDPE and highly tear-resistant crosswise, with consistent melt flow for long mass runs. Films made from it are glossy and low-haze, thanks to factory-mixed heat stabilizers, anti-block and slip additives. It follows FDA, EU and GB 4806 food contact standards for food, frozen, industrial, agricultural and garment packaging films. We supply 100% virgin Singapore-origin pellets with full-process quality control, traceable batches and original factory COA per shipment, a cost-effective raw material for film producers.

Core Product Advantages
Stable High-Speed Continuous Processing
Fixed MFR 2.0 g/10min brings balanced melt flow and full plasticization with wide processing window. Compatible with blown, cast and FFS extrusion for long non-stop production, lifting output and machine stability.
High Toughness & Excellent Tear Resistance
Butene copolymer balances rigidity and flexibility. 25.4μm film has 400g transverse tear, 70g drop impact, 590% MD elongation and 800% TD elongation. Strong puncture and drop resistance cuts breakage loss for frozen and heavy-duty bags.
High Gloss & Low Haze for Premium Clear Packaging
45° gloss 76 and haze only 4.4%. Clear film offers good print visibility, ideal for fresh food and display packaging to boost product appeal.
Food-Safe Formula for Smooth Processing
Custom additives prevent yellowing and blocking with low surface friction for trouble-free extrusion. It meets global food contact standards for direct food packaging production.
Main Application Fields
Food: shopping bags, frozen film, fresh-keeping bags, disposable food bags
Industrial: multi-layer co-extruded film, industrial inner bags, heavy-duty bags, FFS film
Agriculture: mulch film, greenhouse film, crop wrapping film
Civil: garment film, daily necessities bags, express packaging film
Great transverse tear strength suits large heavy-load frozen and powder bags. Original 25kg Singapore packaging with sufficient stock for bulk orders.
Processing & Storage Guidelines
Processing Parameters
Blown Film Machine Setting
Extruder Temperature: 160–200°C
Die Head Temperature: 190–210°C
Processing Tip: This resin can be used alone or blended with LDPE, LLDPE and mLLDPE. Adjust the blending ratio to optimize film performance and reduce material costs.
Note: It has a higher melting point than regular LDPE. Increase the processing temperature by 10–20°C to ensure complete melting.
Drying Rule: No pre-drying is required for properly stored pellets. If damp, dry at 60–70°C for 1 hour and cool to room temperature before processing.
Storage Requirements
Store bags in cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. Keep away from strong sunlight, open fire, rain and strange smell. Stop pellets from taking in water. Do not stack bags more than 5 layers. Goods can be stored for 2 years under standard storage. Sell old stock first when delivering orders.
Quality Assurance & Supply Service
All goods are original ExxonMobil 1002BU resin imported from Singapore. Every batch has COA quality paper and food safety rule compliance papers. We keep full stock all year round. Buyers can ask for free test samples, small trial orders or full truck / full container goods. Our technical team knows film making well. We fix common product problems. These problems include crystal spots, easy bag breakage, low film clarity and unstable extrusion speed. We meet all purchase needs of film factories.
