Chengnuo Technology at Chinaplas 2026 Shanghai | Global Rubber Plastics Supply Chain Layout
From April 21 to 24, 2026, Chinaplas 2026, the world’s leading trade fair for the rubber and plastics industry, grandly opened at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). As a comprehensive supplier of plastic and chemical raw materials serving domestic and overseas markets, Tianjin Chengnuo Technology attended the exhibition with a dedicated team. The company engaged in in-depth exchanges with leading domestic and international chemical enterprises, bridging domestic upstream coal-to-olefin resources and global downstream manufacturing markets to continuously refine its global supply chain layout. It aims to deliver a stable, efficient, and cost-effective raw material procurement system for clients at home and abroad.

This year’s exhibition gathered thousands of rubber and plastics enterprises covering the entire industrial chain, including chemical raw materials, modified new materials, plastic processing machinery, and eco-friendly biodegradable materials, drawing buyers and manufacturers from across the globe. The Chemical Raw Materials Zone featured top domestic and international petrochemical enterprises showcasing cutting-edge products such as coal-based polyolefins, low-carbon functional plastics, and high-performance modified additives, clearly reflecting the major transformation trends of the global rubber and plastics industry toward green development, globalization, and customized production.

Leading domestic chemical groups, including China Energy Investment Corporation, Baofeng Energy, China Resources Chemical Materials, and Chenghe Technology, displayed a full range of PP and PE coal-based raw materials as well as high-performance new materials, while releasing annual capacity plans, long-term supply agreements with price guarantees, and overseas distribution cooperation policies on site.

Built on long-term, stable strategic partnerships with central state-owned enterprises such as China Energy Ningxia Coal Industry, the Chengnuo Technology team held multiple rounds of special negotiations with leading upstream firms during the exhibition and finalized detailed cooperation terms tailored for global trade. To address common pain points of domestic and overseas clients including volatile raw material prices, lengthy cross-border delivery cycles and limited access to high-end grades, both sides reached consensus: to allocate exclusive long-term supply quotas with fixed annual pricing for stable supply of coal-based polyolefin raw materials; to authorize Chengnuo as the channel for new product promotion across North, East and South China as well as overseas markets, shortening lead times for sample testing and bulk purchasing for domestic and foreign clients; and to establish a cross-border technical collaboration platform to develop customized raw material solutions compliant with environmental standards of various countries for export packaging, overseas auto parts and cross-border daily consumer goods manufacturers.
While at the show, the team also met with numerous overseas raw material suppliers, cross-border traders, and foreign-invested manufacturing plants to conduct in-depth research on supply and demand conditions across global rubber and plastics supply chains. At present, downstream factories overseas generally face challenges such as scattered upstream supply sources, high procurement costs, and disjointed cross-border logistics. Leveraging direct access to domestic state-owned enterprise raw material supplies, two major warehousing bases in Tianjin and South China, and mature cross-border logistics support, Chengnuo Technology has built an integrated supply chain covering "domestic source production – domestic regional warehousing – global end-user delivery". This model enables direct shipment of premium domestic coal-based plastic raw materials to production workshops worldwide, effectively cutting cross-border delivery lead times and overall procurement costs, and forming a global supply chain system with competitive pricing and reliable delivery performance.

With nearly a decade of experience in the plastics and chemicals sector, Chengnuo Technology serves over 300 domestic manufacturers and provides standardized raw material supply services to overseas markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. It offers one-stop capabilities, including domestic spot warehousing, cross-border customs clearance, customized modification, and market trend forecasting. Participation in Chinaplas marks a pivotal step in the company’s global supply chain layout, further consolidating its advantages in upstream domestic resources, expanding global distribution channels, and building a bridge for industrial connectivity between China and the rest of the world.
Going forward, Chengnuo Technology will continue to leverage global industry platforms such as Chinaplas to link upstream and downstream partners at home and abroad, and further improve its global network of warehousing, logistics, and technical support services. With stable source supplies, global delivery capacity, and customized material solutions, the company will help rubber and plastics manufacturers worldwide mitigate supply chain risks and collaborate with global partners to build a sustainable, efficiently coordinated international plastics and chemicals industrial chain.
